Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Guildily does not store your full payment card details.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Guildily platform, including creating and managing accounts, facilitating subscriptions, and verifying expert credentials.

We may use your email address to communicate with you about your account, subscription activity, or material changes to our policies.

We do not use your information to serve targeted advertising. Guildily does not run ads.

3.Payment Processing

All payment transactions are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe to an expert or receive payouts as an expert, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe under their privacy and security standards.

Guildily receives confirmation of successful transactions but does not store, transmit, or process full card numbers or bank account details.

4.Cookies and Analytics

Guildily may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and collect basic usage analytics.

Usage analytics are used solely to understand how the platform is used and to improve the experience for all users. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles.

Guildily does not sell your personal data to third parties.
